Joe Chen has been a leader in residential real estate sales, investments, and investment consultation for more than 4 years. Joe's real estate experience in Southern California spans all perspectives from buyer, seller, property manager, property renovator, and licensed realtor, which give him a unique insider edge in the local market. Over the past 8 years, Joe has personally owned more than 75 rental units in Southern California and out-of-state and currently supervises the management of over 25 rental units. Prior to his entrepreneurial pursuits, he was in the field of advanced electrical engineering research and development.  He has a graduate degree from UCLA and his research work can be best found by typing Chen Yao Beamforming in Google.
