Joe is the greatest Realtor I know, he sold my property in a very professional manner, breaking record in my neighborhood for:
1) Shortest time from listing on market on March 02 to closing escrow on March 24, only 23 days. In this poor economy condition, it is not easy. He followed step by step very closely and kept us informed all the time.
2) Highest price sold.

We recently bought our first home and Joe Chen was our real estate agent. Joe carefully listened to our preferences for a home and immediately showed us a condo that met all of our interests. Even though Joe helped us immediately find a perfect place he continued to spend his time showing us alternate homes which made us confident with our pending purchase. During the course of buying a home, Joe would also contact us to make sure that the home buying process was moving smoothly with our lender and builder. This was very helpful from a new buyer perspective as he kept us informed of the next steps and what to expect.
